My stay at Mayhouse Travel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic and close to everything, I faced significant issues with room availability and service. Unfortunately, this left me quite disappointed during my time there.

My stay at Mayhouse Travel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything I needed, but the service experience was quite frustrating. I had issues with my room booking leading to a less-than-ideal room at another hotel. Although the staff was generally helpful, the overall state of the facilities and my initial room left something to be desired. 😕

I had an enjoyable stay at Mayhouse Travel in Hanoi, with a fantastic location and very kind staff. However, I encountered some challenges with stairs leading to my fifth-floor room and inconsistencies during the check-in process. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few bumps along the way.

However, I found the absence of a lift and the steep stairs to be a bit challenging, especially after a long day exploring. Overall, it met my budget needs, but a few conveniences would streamline the experience.
